Bespoke support five days a week for individuals with high and complex support needs.
We offer 6-8 hour day programs for adults aged 18-65 years, Monday to Friday. We also specialise in supporting those transitioning from school.
Our day support programs are designed to help you experience life through a wide range of learning and lifestyle activities. We work with you and your family to explore the right options that give you no boundaries, and all possibilities.
Facilitated Programs
Each morning at No Boundaries we focus on mindfulness. Engaging in activities such as yoga, painting, zumba, beach walks to relax and get ready for a great day ahead.
Through out the year we hold many theme days! A few we have had recently include Superhero day, Hillbilly theme, Rockabilly theme, 80's day! We are always on the look out for new fun ideas to include!
Other centre activities include Musicking with a qualified music therapist, Multi-cultural experiences, Sensory science, cooking, Drama and so many more!

Out and About
Community Access
Day trips to new places are so much fun! Community engagement is a great way to build social skills, achieve personal goals and to gain new experiences! Some of our favourite places to go are Sailability, Ten-pin Bowling, the Cinemas, Library visits, learning new things at the Museum and taking to the seas with Sailing!
Life Skills
We focus on empowering our participants to take control of their lives and make informed decisions about healthy food, public transportation, road safety, gardening and community access. We assist individuals to gain confidence in areas such as personal care, domestic responsibilities, and financial responsibility.
Incursions
At No Boundaries we provide a range of exciting, unique experiences. In the past we have brought in animal farms where our guys can meet some fluffy and fuzzy animals, Reptile shows, face painting and many other fun experiences. We are always on the look out for new activities for our guys to enjoy!

It is with community and family support that we are able to continue to provide the highest level of care that is tailored for each individual to access our service.
We also receive generous support through donations, professional services’ pro-bono time and local business’ community spirit.
If you’d like to be part of our community and support individuals with high & complex support needs to achieve their potential, we welcome monetary donations and professional volunteers for management roles on our committee.
