Our No Boundaries Core Programs!

At No Boundaries, we have 6 Core Programs that run throughout the year. At the beginning of term, participants are able to select which programs they would like to participate in on their days of attendance. Each term our core programs will be running on different days. This is so each participant gets an equal opportunity to participate in all our different programs!

Morning Social Circles: Our morning sessions provide an opportunity for a group ‘Check In’, including an inclusive activity designed to make social connections and prepare for the day ahead!

No Boundaries Explore!

NB Explore is our community access and engagement program, not just about accessing our community but having a true community presence in it. Highlights include: our beaches and park trips, environmental and learning centres, cafes and markets, tribe social belonging, ten pin bowling and arcades, live music, cinemas, special local events and excursions. If it’s out there, we are keen to find it and explore it!

No Boundaries Life!

NB Life incorporates all aspects of personal development, including cooking sessions and working on everyday life skills—travel training, money handling, recycling program, self-care, etc. NB Life groups also manage our community give-back initiatives—our Street Library, Mothers Group Bears, Redcliffe Rocks, Donation Days, and many more. Our daily afternoon NB Life sessions focus on center roles and domestic skill development, including tending to our bird feeders and public dog bowls, paper shredding and admin tasks, photo books, and personal capacity building tasks.

No Boundaries Projects!

This program focuses on hands-on projects and manual skill building. Our workshop sessions have included building a street library, bird houses, community dog bowls, spice racks, and garden planter boxes, with many more purposeful projects lined up. Our gardening sessions are for green thumbs and revolve around increasing gardening skills and knowledge. Participants tend to our lovely centre garden where they have created flower and vegetable plots. They run our compost program and visit our very own plots at the Gumbuya Community Garden, where we learn from other gardeners and contribute to the monthly community garden market.

No Boundaries Health!

NB Health takes a look at how we treat ourselves and manage our emotional and physical wellbeing. We run facilitated Zumba classes, ‘Yoga with Puppies’ classes, Switch fitness sessions, and Reclink (a facilitated sports & rec program by Reclink Australia). These sessions also incorporate mental health and wellbeing activities. We have our own boccia team, the ‘NB Boundary Breakers’—who train weekly and compete against other clubs monthly for the Moreton Bay Cup.
